At Adplants.com, we strive to provide the best quality live plants, flowers, pots, and accessories. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds Policy for Adplants.com

At Adplants.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, due to the perishable nature of our live plants and flowers, we have established the following refund and return policy.

1. Refunds for Live Plants and Flowers

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants and flowers, all sales of live plants and flowers are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless:

  • The plant or flower arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@adplants.com with clear photographs showing the issue.

If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement based on the condition of the plants or flowers at the time of delivery.

2. Refunds for Pots and Accessories

For non-perishable items like pots and accessories, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, contact us at care@adplants.com with your order number and details. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.

3. Refund Process
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
  • Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Live plants and flowers (unless damaged upon delivery)
  • Any items that have been used or altered after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damaged product along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

6. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders for live plants and flowers can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Orders for pots and accessories can be canceled if the request is made before the item is dispatched.
