What are the delivery options for orders from AdPlants.com?
For orders above 250 AED, we offer free delivery across the UAE. For orders below 200 AED, shipping rates are marked at 25 AED per order.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders with standard shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. If you choose express shipping, your order will also ship within 1-2 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping packages typically take 2-3 business days to arrive, while expedited packages take 1 business days.
Can I expect my entire order to arrive together?
Products from the same order may ship separately from different locations, so your order could arrive in multiple packages on slightly different timelines. You’ll receive tracking information for each item once shipped.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer same-day delivery for online orders?
No, we do not offer same-day delivery for online orders.

Currently, we only ship within the UAE to all Emirates.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby, giving you the flexibility to pay in installments.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee that your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. If not, we replace them for free as part of our 3-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for any other reason at this time.
Can I bring an online order into one of your shops for replacement or exchange?
Yes, you can bring an online order into any of our shops for a replacement. However, inventory may differ between online and in-store, so it’s best to call your nearest shop in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major debit cards and credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option at this time.

What should I do if my plant looks stressed after shipping?
It’s normal for plants to show minor signs of stress after being in transit, such as drooping or slight discoloration. Don’t worry—most plants recover quickly. Gently unpack your plant and give it some time to adjust to its new environment. Place it in a bright spot with indirect light, and avoid watering immediately unless the soil feels completely dry.
Should I water my plant immediately after receiving it?
Before watering, check the soil. If the top 1-2 inches feel dry, go ahead and water your plant thoroughly. If the soil is still moist, wait a few days before watering. Overwatering can cause root rot, so it’s important to assess the soil moisture before deciding.
When should I repot my plant after receiving it?
We recommend waiting about 2-3 weeks before repotting your plant. This gives the plant time to acclimate to its new surroundings. Once it has settled, choose a pot that’s slightly larger than the current one and use fresh, well-draining soil to repot it.
How do I know when to fertilize my new plant?
Most plants don’t need to be fertilized immediately after arriving. Allow your plant to adjust to its new environment for a few weeks before introducing fertilizer. Start fertilizing during the growing season (spring and summer) using a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer once every 4-6 weeks.
Where should I place my new plant?
The right placement depends on your plant’s light requirements. Most plants prefer bright, indirect light, while others thrive in low-light conditions. Check the care instructions for your specific plant to find the ideal spot. Avoid placing your plant in direct sunlight unless it’s a sun-loving species like cacti or succulents, as this can cause leaf burn.
My plant has some yellow leaves—what should I do?

We accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, for online purchases. Payments are securely processed through Stripe in the UAE to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Is cash on delivery available?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery for online orders. All online purchases must be made using one of the available payment options at checkout.
Can I pay in person?
Yes! You can make purchases in person at our Adplants physical retail outlets using cash or card. Visit us at our store to shop directly.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a plant if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns if you change your mind after purchase. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product details before placing an order to ensure the plant fits your needs and environment.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your plant and include clear photos of the damage. Once we assess the situation, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include offering a replacement or providing plant care tips to help it recover.
Can I get a refund if my plant dies after delivery?
We do not offer refunds for plants that die after the delivery period. However, we’re happy to provide plant care support and advice if your plant is struggling. Our team is dedicated to helping your plants thrive, so reach out if you need assistance!
What should I do if I received the wrong plant?
If you received a different plant from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the plant and your order details. We will arrange to send you the correct plant or offer an alternative solution based on availability.
Do you accept returns on pots or accessories?
Yes, non-plant items like pots and accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us for return instructions.
How do I request a replacement for a damaged plant?
If your plant arrives in poor condition, simply email us at care@adplants.com with photos of the damaged plant, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or alternative options.
